Stress and anxiety can have a negative impact on both your mind and body. Our stress reduction classes are designed to help you relax, reset, and recharge your state of mind.

Please note, that programs are offered a variety of ways—some are in person, others are virtual, and some are hybrid (a mix of live and virtual).  We also have a full library of recorded programs you can view at your convenience.  Please see icons on the calendar to identify how each program is offered.

Welcome to a creative community, that you can attend from your dining room table or a coffee table on your porch. You can even show up with your pajama bottoms in total comfort! What will you need? What you have! A pencil and paper, a stack of paper bags, old magazines, your child’s magic markers… you are in! Each session will entail options to draw, paint, collage, sew… You will be given a suggested prompt, with samples to spark your imagination. Several highlights each session will include introducing supplies that are fun and optional and a refresh of creativity in your day. A Holiday Miracle: Journal Writing for Coping through the Season

The holidays are jam packed with stress without a cancer journey. With that journey, how we want to spend the holidays can be buried by expectations of family and friends. The journal can help clarify what will bring peace, joy, and hope for your holidays and how to lovingly make that happen. Virtual Morning Stretch - Thursdays, 8:30am-9:15am

Wake up with a morning stretch class and to get energized for your day! In this 30-minute class we will perform energy-boosting movements (sitting and standing), focus on proper breathing, and hydration.
