How Can I Share with My Patients What Programs are In-Person or Virtual?
Visit the Calendar Page on our website. Each program will be identified by an icon, indicating whether that program is virtual or in person. For in-person programs, look for the green icon of a person’s silhouette; virtual programs are indicated by a blue video camera icon.
How Do I Refer Patients for CSC Atlanta Programs?
It is so simple to refer your patients to CSC Atlanta. Once you have your patient’s consent, simply email our Program Director, Lauren Walch at lauren@cscatlanta.org and someone from our team will reach out to them to offer our resources and support.
What Programs can Healthcare Professionals Participate in?
Support groups are private, but all other programs are open for you to experience. In fact, we love when our healthcare partners participate in a program! The more you experience the benefits of participating in our classes and programs yourself, the better you can share how vital these offerings are to your patients.
How can I suggest a program topic?
Cancer Support Community Atlanta is dedicated to serving those affected by cancer and values your clinical insights. To share a program idea or topic, email Physician Liaison, Katie Armsby at katie@csatlanta.org. We enjoy exploring new ideas, so please don’t hesitate to reach out and start the conversation.
Is parking validated?
Parking is validated only for those who attend programs. Participants should bring their parking pass with them and our staff will be happy to validate it.
Do you still print bimonthly calendars?
No. Although we no longer print monthly calendars, you can see a complete offering of virtual and in-person programming by clicking the red “Register for a Program” button on the website. This allows us to keep information updated as it is added. You are also welcome to print a pdf of the monthly calendar, that can be found at the top of the calendar page.
