Tuesday, September 21, 2021, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Presented by: Kristin Cuculovski, MS, RDN, CSO, LD/N, Outpatient/Oncology Coordinator Clinical Nutrition, Northside Hospital Cancer Institute.

Macronutrients are the nutrients our body uses in the largest amounts. Carbohydrates, fat, and protein are called macronutrients. They are the nutritious components of food that the body needs for energy and to maintain our bodies function and systems. No healthy diet should eliminate or severely limit any macronutrient. We will continue this two part series focusing on proteins and fats.
