Wellness Workout Class -Virtual
Fridays, 10 - 11 am , Led by: Bev Stegman, CR, RYT
Join this live virtual program to gain the benefits of gentle strengthening and stretching. The focus of this program is to improve up and maintain strength, endurance, and flexibility using isometric and bodyweight exercises. Movements in this class can be modified, so participants exercise at their own level. Participants are encouraged to have a mat and chair on hand.
