Gentle Yoga (Virtual)

Gentle Yoga Class - Wednesdays at 4:30 pm, Facilitator: Susan Wells, RYT

Begins with breath work and a short calming meditation practice followed by resting and easy stretches.  It will end with another period of resting and mindful breathing to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Participants are encouraged to have a blanket and something to use as a leg strap (necktie, scarf, belt, etc.). To participate email Hayden at Hayden@cscatlanta.org
