This workshop is for those who wish to learn and practice how tension can be reduced by using simple muscle relaxation strategies and techniques. Techniques practiced can be effective in helping to reduce stress, ease muscle tension and can assist in the management of insomnia. This class involves gentle movement w hile sitting in a chair or lying on the floor and is appropriate for all skill levels. Dress Comfortably with loose clothing.
