Havard Women’s Health Watch has dubbed Tai Chi “Medication in Motion” (May 2009). It has shown to improve vigor, balance, immune function, cognitive function, pain management and more. Research results also indicate that Tai Chi & Qi Gong are beneficial during and after conventional cancer treatments. So, what are Tai Chi & Qi Gong? In this class we will look at the research, explore the foundations of Tai Chi & QiGong and introduce some basic movements. Suitable for all health levels.
