Foam Roller Class (NEW)

NEW ! Wednesdays Weekly Class added due to popular request.

We will practice simple do-it-yourself massage methods using foam roller on the floor with mat., using body weight to release muscle tension that can contribute to pain and insomnia. Wear comfortable clothing. Rollers will be provided.
