Did you know that archery is one of the oldest forms of art still practiced today dating all the way back to 3,000BC, used by the ancient Egyptians for hunting and war. Come out for an afternoon for some good old-fashioned archery fun. We will provide the tools and education to become a great shot. During this workshop, you will learn how to shoot a bow and arrow, get some practice in, and hopefully get a bullseye. Archery is a great activity to help improve focus, improve hand eye coordination, increase patience and can be relaxing. Debby Head, Camp Director of Camp Kingfisher and Emily Belinfante, Camp Registrar will lead this class.
