Join Jane Myers, Registered Occupational Therapist, to learn about the many health benefits of self-massage. Participants will discover how foam rollers can be used to release tight muscles and to ease tension held in the body. Releasing these muscles and tension can lead to a better night’s sleep. Participants will practice this simple do-it-yourself massage method using a foam roller on a mat on the floor. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable exercise clothing.
