At the heart of Tai Chi lies stillness. The saying goes “stillness in motion and motion in stillness” which describes the twin attainments of keeping the mind still while the body moves and keeping the body and mind still in meditation when our energy is in motion. In stillness our brain cells regenerate and our energy is renewed. This workshop we will focus on a simple sequence of movements that allow us to more quickly find stillness within motion. Suitable for all health levels.
