The second sequence of Tai Chi Qi Gong Movements introduces Qi Gong that is gentle while also strengthening. This sequence of eighteen movements emphasizes synchronization of breath and movement, through gentle rocking and stretching motions. These movements gently massage the organs, stimulate the meridians, and can improve circulation and digestion. These safe and effective exercises are practiced around the world to help promote health longevity. This workshop will be led by Corinne Chaves and is adaptable for all.
