Enhance your physical well being and gain the many benefits from this gentle strengthening and stretching class. Participants exercise at their own level using light weights and resistive bands to fight fatigue and improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and posture. A prerequisite for Wellness Workout is a general fitness questionnaire to be completed with the instructor 10 minutes prior to the initial class.
